Ray White enables agents to work with Chinese investors
As Chinese investors continue to make their presence felt in the Australian property market, Ray White Victoria is working more closely with agents to enhance their business through strong ties with China.
Ray White Victoria is hosting a seminar to educate agents on the most effective way to engage with Chinese investors.
“It’s no secret Chinese investors are making their presence felt in the Melbourne property market. What we’re finding is that agents aren’t necessarily aware of the resources at hand to market effectively to Chinese buyers,” Kristy Bartlett, General Manager of Ray White Victoria said.
The seminar will focus on building relationships with Chinese buyers and sellers and will showcase the tools that can be utilised for targeted marketing. Guest speakers include Head of Ray White Beijing, Marcus Ng and successful Chinese real estate specialist, Sam Guo of Ray White Broadbeach.
“Marcus and Sam have an innate understanding of Chinese investors – they know who they are and what they want. Their insights will be invaluable to agents just starting to branch out into Chinese market,” Kristy explains.
The two-hour seminar will also showcase Ray White’s China initiatives, marketing tools and resources, tips for reaching Chinese buyers and advertising and media packages.
